The thing I've always loved about my favourite burger from a fast food joint is that creamy, zesty burger sauce. And now I can easily make it at home.
In just a few minutes.
With ingredients I've always got in my pantry and fridge.
How great is that?

Simple Ingredients to Make This Super 'Secret' Burger Sauce
All you'll need is a few condiments you probably have in your fridge and a few seasonings from your spice cupboard:
- mayonnaise
- ketchup
- sweet pickle relish (I use my tasty 'Old Pickle Relish')
- sweet paprika
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- hot sauce

How to Make the Sauce?
Well, that's even easier!
Just plop all the ingredients into a bowl:

Stir 'em up:

And hey-presto, your sauce is done:

How to Serve and Store the Secret Sauce
Pop the sauce into a clean empty jar or a plastic container with a lid. Keep it in the fridge for a month or more.
Slather the creamy zesty burger sauce onto hamburgers, hot dogs, or any type of sandwiches. Stir it together with a can of drained tuna or salmon for a shortcut tuna or salmon salad. You can even thin out the sauce with a slurp of vinegar and a drizzle of oil to make a tasty dip for chips, crackers, or veggies. Thin it out even more with a bit more oil and vinegar or a drizzle of milk or water to make a quick version of Thousand Island salad dressing.
Handy dandy, right?
